Rev. Dr. Judith Smith-Valley and the Small Group Ministry Facilitators
Come learn and experience Small Group Ministry first hand! This Sunday, we will break into groups so that everyone who wants to participate can experience a new way of connecting with and deeply listening to one another. At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to sign up to participate in a bi-monthly group, at a time that is convenient for you. Groups will begin in March and run through June.
This service will last 75 minutes so we can offer an hour small group experience. |

Black History Month - W.E.B. Du Bois and His Work

Good Shot, Great Shot - Celebrating What’s Right with FPB
Last year’s Appreciative Inquiry Workshop gave sixty-eight of you an opportunity to recognize and share your personal FPB story. Participants left the event having shared their “dreams & wishes” for this year and beyond, a well as making commitments to do one small thing to make it happen. This service will include a replay of the DeWitt Jones’ movie Celebrating What’s Right with the World and appreciative reflection on your wishes, outcomes to date, and expectations/commitments for the coming months. In the DeWitt manner, we will look at the “good shot” from last year and make it a “great shot!” This experiential service will be 95 minutes. |
